Reaching Chitkul becomes difficult during the winters due to heavy snowfall in the area.

Wake up early in the beautiful town of Nako so you can have breakfast and take time to explore the beauty of the place. In the afternoon leave towards Kalpa. Overnight stay and Dinner at hotel in Kalpa.

Kalpa is a small village famous for apple orchards in Kinnaur. Kalpa village is situated just above Recongpeo. You’ll see the majestic Kinner Kailash peak (also known as Kinnaur Kailash) from Kalpa, which is certainly a beautiful sight. You can take a walk to the nearby suicide point which is approx 3 kms from Kalpa. Suicide point Kalpa has a dangerous trench which is famous among photography and selfie lovers.
